EasyRidingGear.com EasyRidingGear.com wanted to introduce an e-commerce site that sold high-quality, reasonably-priced leather riding gear to motorcycle enthusiasts nationwide. Clariture worked with key client personnel to identify functional requirements and cost constraints, and then recommended an appropriate open-source e-commerce solution. Responsible for all aspects of the implementation, we customized the e-commerce solution so that it offered a single-page, no-login checkout process and converted the graphic designer's mockups into HTML & CSS. Post-release, we've helped the client develop SOPs to insure client personnel and the client's vendors deliver consistent performance.

Greenwood International Greenwood International wanted a top-to-bottom review of its IT strategy, needed to automate its management of freight rates, and wanted to streamline the process used by its sales force to create quotes & proposals. Clariture worked with Greenwood International's management and customer service personnel to prioritize strategic initiatives and identify sources of frustration, inefficiency, and errors. We then developed a 5-year IT roadmap that detailed the technology initiatives we believed would best facilitate Greenwood International's long-term goals and reduce or eliminate sources of inefficiency or errors. Clariture also managed Greenwood International's software selection process to address two needs: to better manage of freight rates, and to more efficiently generate quotes & proposals. After finding that existing software applications were either too expensive or inadequate for the task, we custom-built an intranet application for Greenwood International to address their needs. This intranet application tracks freight rates from multiple carriers for any given freight lane, and automatically requests freight rate updates from carriers when rates have expired or a new freight lane has been created. The intranet application also facilitates the creation of sales quotes & proposals, allowing sales personnel to use a single form to select and price SKUs, assign fees, and view profitability. With a single click, the application can generate sales quotes, sales order receipts, purchase orders, or pallet labels in PDF format.

Washington State Psychological Association The Washington State Psychological Association wanted to offer a service that matched low-income residents of Washington State with psychologists willing to provide pro-bono services. Clariture designed and developed a website that allows individuals to apply for pro-bono psychological counseling and allows psychologists to sign up to provide pro-bono services. Site administrators can approve or reject any application, and can match psychologists with clients. As a result of our efforts, we were offered an honorary membership in the Washington State Psychological Association.
